    Q1I don't have an e-mail address. Is it still possible to register?
    It is not possible to register as a member of this site without an e-mail address. Please register for a free email account, such as at gmail.com, and then proceed.
    Q2Is it possible to have items delivered to an address other than the registered address?
    Yes, it is possible to separate registered and delivery addresses. After login, add a delivery address on your member's page. Afterward, shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address.
    Q3I have forgotten my registered e-mail address.
    On the inquiry page, please tell us your registered name, address and telephone number. After confirmation, we will get in touch.
    Q4I have forgotten my password. What should I do ?
    On the login page, please click the link "Forgot your passord?" to have the password resent.  >> This irect link
    Q5I would like to change my registered information. What should I do?
    After login, you can edit registered information on your member's page.

    Q1What shipping companies are available?
    [Within Japan] We use Sagawa and Kuroneko Yamato.
    [Outside Japan] We use EMS(International Express Mail) with the Japan Post service.
    Q2What methods of payment are available?
    [Within Japan]Cash, bank transfer, credit
    [Outside Japan]paypal, credit
    Q3I have complete my payment with PAYPAL, but my CCP account page contains no history of my order, and I have not received an order confirmation e-mail.
    If the customer does not click the link returning to CCP SHOP on the final page of the PAYPAL payment process, this problem may occur. If you have no contact from CCP in this matter, please send an e-mail with: your registered e-mail address and details of your order to: order@ccp.fm.
    Q4How much is the shipping?

    Returns based upon customer preferences are not accepted.
    Q7I made a mistake in size or color when ordering. What should I do?
    We regret that we are no longer able to offer return or exchange for overseas purchases.
    Q8Is there a time limit on bank transfers?
    Bank transfers must be received within one week of orders. Transfers not received in one week will result in order cancellation.
    Q9Is it possible to order items not in stock?
