Shipping Method

Please choose from EMS or DHL as your shipping carrier.EMS is relatively inexpensive, but it is responsible only until the shipment leaves Japan. Please note that you will need to contact the post office yourself to check the delivery status. In some cases, delivery is smooth, but in other cases, it may take up to two months depending on the country. Of course, we will support you, but it is a collaborative effort.
DHL is more expensive, but the consistent service, advance delivery date, and support are very reliable.
CCP recommends DHL for delivery.

Shipping Charge

Delivery charges vary depending on the destination area and the weight of the purchased items. *Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
To check the amount, please add the desired item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address to confirm.
In addition, consumption tax, import tax, and customs clearance fees may be charged separately.

Cancellation or change of order

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us ASAP at order@ccp.fm.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed if they have already been shipped.

Return or exchange of goods

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received a different item from your order or the item is defective. Please check the size chart and color images carefully before ordering.
