Required fees other than the product price

• Shipping fee
  All over Japan : Flat rate 600 yen (tax included)
  Overseas : Charges vary depending on weight and region. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.
  International deliveries are sent by FedEx.
• Bank transfer fee for purchases made by bank transfer
• For overseas shipments, a separate customs tax may apply depending on the country.

Expiration date of application

• Same day in case of card payment
• Within 7 days in case of bank transfer

Exchange and Return Policy

• If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is defective due to an accident during shipping, scratches, stains, etc.
• If you try on a garment and the size does not fit. (only for orders from outside Japan, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. Please check your size carefully when ordering.)
  * Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases.
  • Items that are more than one week old after arrival.
  • Items that have been used or worn once.
  • Items that have been resized or cleaned by the customer.
  • Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
  • Items that have lost their tags, accessories, etc.
  • Items that cover the mouth.

There are no special specifications. (It may be set by the product.)

Time of delivery

We will contact you within one week after receiving your order, or within one week after confirming payment in case of bank transfer. We will notify you by e-mail if there is a delay due to unseasonable weather, shipping company's circumstances, or any other reason.
Please note that it may take a long time to deliver your order overseas depending on the country. EMS will send you an email with the delivery status.

Payment deadline

• For bank transfer
  Please transfer the money to the account specified by us within 7 days from the date of order.
  If your order is over 7 days old, we will cancel your order. Please place your order again.
• For cash on delivery (within Japan only)
  Please make payment to the Yamato Transport delivery person at the time of delivery of the product.

Return Period

If the product is defective within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will replace or repair it.

Return feed

• If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at our expense.
• In other cases, the customer is responsible for the cost.
